Barilla Chef Series Masterclass

Aperitivo Pizzaiolo Francesco Spataro was recently invited to host the Barilla Chef Series Masterclass, alongside Barilla executive chef Andrea Tranchero.
Francesco taught those in attendance the way to make true Pizza Napoletana, something of which he is well known for. The wood fired pizza oven set the stage for what was an enjoyable evening.
Given Francesco’s Sicilian heritage and with the help of Andrea Tranchero, it was only fair that guests were also treated to a serving of Casarecce alla Norma. A traditional Sicilian pasta.
