Head Chef Mauro Bianchi and Pizzaiolo Francesco Spataro have created a menu using the finest seasonal produce.

All pasta is prepared on site every day using Italian flour. Pizza is proofed for 48hrs minimum and topped with ingredients so good they really speak for themselves.

The AVPN is a non-profit organization founded 1984 in Naples, Italy. It verifies authenticity of “True Neapolitan Pizza” around the world. It’s mission is to promote and protect the “Verace Pizza Napoletana“ ensuring it is produced according to old Neapolitan traditions & customs. Aperitivo is one of only five restaurants in Sydney to obtain membership into “Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana”.
