Deeply rooted in Italian culture, aperitivo is as much about socialsing as it is about eating and drinking. The Italians file into their neighbourhood bars and fashionable watering holes to partake in one of the city’s long held social traditions: the Aperitivo.
The Aperitivo masterclass was held last week on Thursday 20th of March and we were fortunate to have Jordan Berger from Campari talk us through the history of Aperitivo.
Those in attendance got to taste and learn how to make the classic Italian aperitivo cocktails as well as experience the aperitivo concept first hand.
