This means we offer authentic Neapolitan style pizza that follows strict rules and guidelines set by where pizza all began in Naples, Italy.

The AVPN is a non-profit organisation which verifies authenticity of the “True Neapolitan Pizza” around the world. Its mission is to promote and protect the “Verace Pizza Napoletana“ ensuring it is produced according to the old Neapolitan traditions and customs.

Aperitivo is one of only four restaurants in Sydney to be granted this certification.
