Experience the food of Calabria at Aperitivo

Join us on Wednesday 30th of May as we bring spicy, soulful Calabrian produce to Aperitivo for our Calabrian Regional Dinner.

Calabria is the most southern region of the Italian mainland or the toe of Italy’s boot. The region’s cuisine can most simply be described as rich and spicy exemplified by one of their most famous delicacies, ‘Nduja… A spreadable and spicy salami.

Calabrian cuisine is renowned for showing off the best ingredients grown or made in the region including cured meats like Capocollo and Sopressata as well as produce like the ‘Cipolla di Tropea’ and Bergamot citrus.

Red wine dominates the region’s production with over ninety percent dedicated to bold wines that are the perfect complement to Calabria’s native dishes.

If you haven’t experienced Calabrian food before, this is a food event not to be missed.
