Video of Aperitivo chefs on the cooking stage at Norton St Festa

Aperitivo head chef Christian Colognesi and Pizzaiolo Francesco Spataro were on the cooking stage at this yearsNorton Street Italian Festa .

Christian taught all how to make risotto parmigiana (the proper way) and Francesco showed people how to make traditional pizza Napoletana.

With close to 100,000 people attending throughout the day, Aperitivo was proud to be a part of it.
